Treat It Like Fine
Jewelry

Your nail jewelry should be treated with the same care and consideration as any fine jewelry piece.

    1. Create a gentle bath of lukewarm water and mild dish soap.

    2. Submerge your pieces for 5–10 minutes.

    3. Using a soft-bristled brush, gently cleanse all surfaces.

    4. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth and allow to air-dry completely on a clean towel.

    5. Finish with a jewelry polishing cloth, buffing in small circular motions to restore luster.

  • Store your pieces in the provided fabric-lined case. Keep them separate from other jewelry to prevent scratching.

Everything you need to know about your Poison Oath nail jewelry.

  • Unlike acrylic or gel nails, which can cost $200 plus monthly and are discarded after each wear, Poison Oath pieces are fine jewelry made from real gold and diamonds. They retain their monetary value, can be worn repeatedly for years, and may even be passed down as heirlooms or repurposed into other jewelry. You are investing in an asset, not a disposable beauty service.

  • We provide professional-grade impression putty to create an exact mold of your nail bed. Once you return the mold in the provided packaging, we create a 3D model of your fingernail and meticulously measure and scan it to ensure a perfect fit.

  • Due to variations in anatomy, skin oils, and physical activity, we recommend checking the jewelry frequently for any looseness. If there is any "play" or movement, remove the piece immediately.

    • Application: Apply using premium nail adhesive at home or with the assistance of your manicurist. Clean your nail bed with alcohol before application to remove any oils.

    • Removal: Use an acetone-free adhesive remover, following the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Absolutely. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. They are certified by the same gemological standards. Only difference is they can be made quickly in a lab vs. in the ground for millions of years making lab grown more cost efficient.

  • Each complete set includes:

  • For rings and necklaces, yes at your local jeweler. For nail jewelry, no. Due to the precision of the stone-setting and the custom fabrication required for an anatomical fit, resizing is not possible without compromising the structural integrity of the piece.

  • As each piece is custom-made and anatomically fitted to your specific measurements, all orders are final.

  • Price varies based on your choice of precious metals, total carat weight, design complexity, and gemstone specifications.

  • Yes. All international shipments are sent via DHL or UPS with full insurance coverage.

  • The process typically takes 12–16 weeks from design approval to delivery, depending on the intricacy of the design.

    In most cases, it will be much quicker.
